Tony Tremlett is a gallery director at TINA and a curator and researcher based in London. His curatorial work focuses on practices that engage with the spiritual, emotional and political command of place and material, with particular emphasis on sound and listening as the basis for political change. Artists he has realised projects with include Nicolas Jaar, Nikita Gale, Philip Glass, Lydia Ourahmane, Sol LeWitt, Steve Reich, Baba Ali, Sebastian Jefford, Ezio Bosso amongst others.

He is currently Managing Director of Outernet Arts, a new public art space that commissions artists to take over the world's largest wrap-around screens in central London. He recently curated and produced new exhibitions at the space with Barbara Kruger, Samia Halaby, Mika Rottenberg, Jakob Kudsk Steensen, Simon Denny and re-adapted work by Hilma af Klint.
